Shipping Policy

At FilterBuddy, we work to make clean air simple and predictable. Please review our shipping policies below.

1. Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Schedule

Subscription Orders:

  • Subscription orders ship at the beginning of each month.
  • Orders active before the monthly cutoff will be included in that month’s shipment.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

One-Time Orders:

  • One-time purchases are processed and shipped in the same monthly batch schedule.
  • If a one-time order is placed near the end of the month, it may ship with the upcoming batch at the beginning of the following month.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Subscriptions: Free shipping
  • One-Time Purchases: $5 flat-rate shipping
  • Shipping rates are subject to change.

4. Carriers

Orders are shipped using various reliable ground carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and order size.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

5. Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after label creation.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.
  • If a package is returned to us, we may issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
  • Reshipment due to address error may require additional shipping fees.
  • Please review your address carefully before completing checkout.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check around your property and with neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Contact us with claim documentation.

We review lost package claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product.
  • Approved claims will receive a replacement.

9. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Carrier disruptions
  • High-volume periods
  • Events beyond our control
